They had what I needed. Great selection of BBQ rubs and sauces at market prices. The staff was very helpful and efficient.
The absolute best customer service one can ask for! I missed the cutoff date for a $200 promo accessory for the grill I purchased from AGC a week prior. One call, three minutes later and the accessory was shipped. I even offered to pay shipping and they said no need. Class act operation in my book and will be referring them to friends and family.
Ordered my first smoker, the Kamado Joe Junior from the website, great price and I knew from the Kamado Joe Junior Facebook group that people were saying about 5-6 weeks for delivery windows on the delivery. Sent out a email about 4 weeks into the wait and Gary White replied and told me the were waiting for the container to be released by customs and I should have by Christmas Eve. Here it is Christmas Eve and I just had it delivered. AGC rocks and thank you Gary.
This is a great store for all grill accessories. They literary stocked everything you can imagine for grilling needs. No more trips to Home Depot/Lowe's for grilling needs. This is the place.

You may have known it as the Roswell outpost of nationwide hardware retailer Do it Best, operating as Roswell Hardware (see reviews there). The owners are clearly in the final stages of converting from a hardware store that happens to sell a few grills and bags of charcoal to a full-on grilling and smoking headquarters. Enter the non-descript looking building and find a grillermasters paradise along with staff able and willing to answer questions for the newbie or the expert. Bags of all sorts of wood chunks for smoking line one wall - everything from the ubiquitous hickory and mesquite to more unusual plum. Rubs, injections, vinegars and sauces are what you need? Get lost in the floor to ceiling shelves packed with options from companies like AlbuKirky, Meat Chuch, Dizzy Pig and more. Buying a grill? I'm a Big Green Egg guy, so that's my focus. Atlanta Grill Company is a Platinum Level dealer meaning they've basically got absolutely everything and all sizes of Eggs on premise for you to kick the tires on and buy. I bought my large egg set at Roswell Hardware before the change to Atlanta Grill Company. Staff knowledge, service and advice were all excellent. In multiple visits I've found that staff tends to leave you alone until you either look bewildered or ask for help. Some will like this approach, others will not - YMMV. Looking for Yeti? This place has what sure seems like all things Yeti. A new (over the past few months) expanded section for pellet smokers and supplies is in the back with something like 12-15 different smoker types on display. Stop by on Saturdays and they are almost always grilling or smoking out front - a great way to learn, try a new rub or sauce and see how a particular grill or smoker works.
